AultComp is dedicated to providing ongoing education to providers including, but not limited to: access to services, injury reporting, treatment issues, dispute resolution and disability management.

AultComp periodically sends a provider information packet to all panel providers and AultComp's most utilized non-panel providers including, but not limited to: information regarding treatment guidelines, prior authorization, billing and reimbursement, catastrophic case management, return to work (RTW) services, dispute resolution and vocational rehabilitation.

AultComp employs a provider relations representative who answers phone calls from providers with questions regarding transitional work, return to work, vocational rehabilitation, disability management, billing issues or other questions regarding provider services.
