Server Maintenance
Regularly Scheduled Downtime
AultCare IS maintains all servers associated with AultCare, Aultra, AultComp MCO, AultComp TPA and Primetime Health Plan. Patches are loaded during the third weekend of every month as needed. If a critical security patch is needed before the third weekend a notification is sent out to the users and the server(s) are updated after hours.
Non-Routine Downtime
If a critical security patch is needed before the third weekend, a notification is sent out to our providers/vendors via email and the server(s) are updated after hours.
Notification Example:
We will be doing maintenance on Thursday, March 1, 2010 and our servers will not be available from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Unscheduled/Emergency Downtime
In the event of an emergency or unscheduled downtime, a notification will be sent out to our providers/vendors via email.
Notification Example:
Service has temporarily been disrupted to our web server.
We are working diligently to correct this problem and will notify you when service has been restored.
