TPA Functions

• Review first reports of injury
• Consult with employer on claims management strategies
• Facilitate timely return to work
• Process motions, appeals and orders
• Attend hearings
• Pursue handicap reimbursement and settlements
• Initiate independent medical and BWC examinations
• Consult on alternative savings programs
• Provide group rating services
• Serve as employer's advocate
• Provide education
